The method
Every Orkids build is designed by a senior systems architect. Twenty years across startups in the US and Asia, including AI implementation roles. The architect scopes the build, picks the stack, designs the data model, signs off every architectural decision, and stays on the project through go-live. AI engineering tools are part of the internal workflow — but the architecture, the review, and the responsibility sit with senior people.
We do not outsource. We do not consult. We do not lock you in. The source code is yours on day one. The repo, the secrets, the runbook, the deploys — all under your account from go-live.

CLINICAL & OPERATIONS ADVISOR
Dr. Helen Po is Orkids’ founding clinical and operations advisor. A practicing physician, she is President of Chong Hua Hospital and of the Asociación Benévola de Cebu — the institution that, since 1910, has run one of the Visayas’ largest hospital networks, and that founded Orkids. Every clinical and HRIS build we ship is reviewed by someone who runs the operation it is built for.
