You own everything. Source code, database schema, deploy keys, and GitHub repository, all transferred to your org at cutover.
No annual lock-in. After Day 21, an optional monthly retainer of ₱25K–₱150K/mo, scope-dependent. Cancel with 30-day notice and you keep everything.
