WHAT WE TAKE ON · WHAT WE DON’T
Honest scope. Published before you ask.
Every engagement we accept and every one we route to a channel partner. So you know which page you are reading from the first paragraph.
What we take on directly today
Fourteen industries we engineer for ourselves, end to end. Where an industry page already ships, the name links to it.
Private hospitals and clinics
Including the engagement that built a top-ranked Philippine private hospital's patient feedback and audit-grade attestation system.
F&B chains and groups
Back office, HRIS, supplier costing, and BIR-ready POS reconciliation across every branch.
Distribution and wholesale
Demand forecasting and replenishment built on your own SKUs, routes, and supplier lead times.
Mid-market retail
Inventory, replenishment, and supplier dashboards engineered around your real SKU mix, BIR-aligned for e-invoicing.
IT services and BPO
The AI line item your clients now ask for on every renewal — built in, white-labelled, ready for your next bid.
Cooperatives
Member records, microloan workflow, and CDA reporting in one system the cooperative owns, no monthly subscription.
Professional services
Law, accounting, and engineering firms — matter, document, and billing systems that respect PH retainer structures.
Regional hospitality groups
Multi-property reservations, F&B, guest CRM, and payroll in one system built for how PH resorts operate.
Private schools
Enrolment, billing, grade management, and DepEd reporting. The industry page lands in a later wave.
Real estate brokerages
Listings, leads, agent commissions, and broker compliance in a system your agents will actually open.
Agribusiness
Production, traceability, packing, and buyer-fulfilment systems that respect your farm operations.
Construction
Project tracking, manpower deployment, procurement, and billing milestones built for how PH firms deliver.
Automotive dealer networks
DMS, service scheduling, parts, finance, and after-sales — BIR-aligned for e-invoicing.
Logistics and last-mile
Dispatch, routing, proof of delivery, and billing built around how Philippine routes actually move.
What we route through channel partners
Six sectors where the honest answer is “not directly.” Accreditation at this tier is a process we do not pursue on speculation — so we route, and we tell you that here rather than three calls in.
Top-tier banks and fintech
BDO, BPI, Metrobank and their peers require formal vendor accreditation we do not pursue on speculation. If you are a procurement officer at one of these institutions, we route through certified channel partners.
Top-tier manufacturing
URC, San Miguel, Monde Nissin and peers — enterprise procurement at this scale runs through accredited channel partners, not a direct Orkids engagement.
The top-three telcos
Vendor onboarding at this scale is a channel-partner process, and we say so up front rather than after a discovery call.
Top-tier energy and utilities
Regulated procurement we route through certified channel partners.
Insurance majors
Accreditation-gated — we engage through channel partners rather than on speculation.
Government and GOCC over ₱10M
Public procurement at this threshold runs through accredited channel partners with operator approval.
