OPS COPILOT · PHILIPPINES
Ask your live business data a question. Get a direct answer in seconds — not a report request.
Ops Copilot is a natural-language query layer on your Orkids database. Ask about inventory, cash, payroll, or branch performance in plain English or Filipino and get an answer from your actual records, not a model trained on someone else's data. Included in ₱50K–250K/month ops.
Microsoft Copilot knows what a warehouse is. Ops Copilot knows what your Cebu branch had in it at 9pm last Tuesday and which SKU is below par right now.
What this costs you today
Getting a specific number out of the system takes a report request and two days.
Your operations manager knows the answer is in the system — branch stock count, AR balance, payroll variance. But extracting it requires a custom report, an analyst, and a Monday morning. By then the decision is already made on a hunch.
General-purpose AI assistants answer from training data, not your records.
Microsoft Copilot and similar tools generate plausible answers — sometimes correct, sometimes not. Ops Copilot queries your actual Orkids database. If the record is not there, the answer says so. There is no hallucinated inventory figure.
BI dashboards require a login, a filter, and someone who remembers how to use them.
Power BI and Tableau are the right tools for analysts. Branch managers and operations heads need an answer on a phone — not a pivot table at a desktop. Ops Copilot accepts a plain-language question and returns a direct answer with the source record.

- Salesforce Einstein Analyticsfrom ~US$75/user/month · enterprise tier
- Oracle Analytics CloudEnterprise pricing · PH deployment required

Ops Copilot is included in the ₱50K–250K/month Orkids ops tier — no separate AI license, no per-user fee. Microsoft 365 Copilot bills US$30/user/month and answers from Microsoft's general training data, not your inventory. Salesforce Einstein and Oracle Analytics Cloud each require a separate enterprise contract before the first query runs against your actual records.
BY THE NUMBERS

We replace. We build. We optimize.
Every line of code we write is yours at cutover. No license. No annual increase. No lock-in.
HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
Your operations team talks to us directly in their language. No translator. No 2-day email chain.
Your account manager sits in Cebu and joins your standups — English, Cebuano, or Tagalog. Senior architecture, AI-assisted build, human review. Custom-built for your business, not shrink-wrapped.
Questions buyers ask.
Ops Copilot is a natural-language query layer that runs on your live Orkids database. Ask a question in English or Filipino, and it returns a direct answer from your actual business data.
It is not a general-purpose AI assistant. It does not guess, extrapolate, or answer from training data. Every answer is a query against your live records — inventory, cash, payroll, branch P&L, supplier invoices. If a record does not exist, the answer says so rather than generating a plausible-sounding figure.
Any question your Orkids data can answer: stock levels by SKU and branch, AR aging, payroll variance, cash position, supplier balance, and branch P&L versus last week.
Ops Copilot translates the natural-language question into a structured database query, runs it, and returns the result in plain language with the source record visible. Comparative questions — 'which branch had the lowest margin last month' — return a ranked answer, not a raw table.
It is included in the ₱50K–250K/month ops tier — not a separate license, no per-user fee, no separate AI subscription to manage.
The query layer is built on top of your existing Orkids data model. Adding Ops Copilot does not require a new data warehouse, a separate API integration, or a vendor login. It is a module on your own system, trained on your data schema.
Ops Copilot queries your live Orkids database in read-only mode. It does not maintain a separate data copy and does not introduce a sync lag.
Read-only access means Ops Copilot cannot write, modify, or delete records. It queries. That design was deliberate — AI-initiated writes to production operations data require a human approval step, handled by a separate workflow module, not the query layer.
Yes. Ops Copilot includes threshold monitoring that watches inventory levels, cash position, AR aging, and payroll variance. When a value crosses a threshold, it sends an alert without waiting for a question.
Alert thresholds are set during onboarding and can be adjusted at any time. The alert includes the exact value, the threshold crossed, and the source record — not a summary paragraph. You see the number, not a description of the number.
Yes. Questions in English, Filipino, or a mix of both are handled. The query-translation layer was trained on Philippine business vocabulary.
Philippine operations teams switch between English and Filipino mid-sentence: 'Ilang units na lang ng product A sa Cebu branch?' The query layer parses this and translates it to the correct database filter. Language is not a barrier to getting the answer.
A BI dashboard requires someone to build the report, someone to log in, and someone to interpret the result. Ops Copilot requires only a question in plain language.
Power BI and Tableau are the right tools when you need a recurring report with visualizations and drill-down. Ops Copilot is the right tool when a general manager needs a specific answer at 6am before a branch opens. Both coexist; they serve different questions at different times.
The question text passes through a language model for translation to a database query. Your actual business data — inventory rows, payroll figures, cash positions — does not leave your infrastructure.
The architecture is: question → language model translates to a structured query → query runs on your Orkids database inside your cloud environment → result returns for plain-language formatting → answer delivered to the user. Your records never enter an external API payload.
